A failing drive, low storage, too many startup programs, browser problems, updates, heat, or limited memory can all cause slow performance. I check the likely causes before recommending cleanup, an upgrade, or replacement.

How onsite computer help worksFiles, browser information, email, and many familiar settings can usually be moved. Programs depend on compatibility, licenses, installers, and account access, so I review those individually before the old computer is retired.
New computer setup and transferAn offline message often comes from a Wi-Fi change, the wrong printer entry, an old driver, a stalled print queue, or sleep-mode behavior. I test the printer and the device sending the job together.
